Hi friends! Emily here, your Wilderness Union member social volunteer 🥳, and I’ve got a lovely September evening social lined up for you.
On Tuesday, September 16th, we’ll meet up at Sunnyside Beach at 6:00 PM, then stroll west across the iconic Humber Bay Arch Bridge—one of the most picturesque spots in the city. From there, we’ll explore Humber Bay Park East and West, soaking in lake views, marshy paths, and late-summer golden hour skies.
We’ll pop into a nearby Metro along the way to grab snacks and picnic goodies and pause for a casual dinner picnic in the park before wrapping up at a flexible time (around 8:30). Feel free to peel off early or linger for sunset views!
18:00 – Meet at Sunnyside Beach (near Sunnyside Pavilion Café)
18:15 – Start walk west across the Humber Bay Arch Bridge
18:45 – Stop at Metro for snacks/picnic supplies
19:00 – Explore Humber Bay Park East & West, picnic stop along the way
