Canoeing in a straight line may be the ultimate test of teamwork. This beginner-friendly adventure takes you out of the city for a hard reset, boosting self-confidence and communication skills in the process. Local and wilderness experiences available.
Where: local waters near Toronto, or wilder lakes beyond the city.
Our navigation instructors will teach you how to read a map and find your way in the wild before unleashing everyone on a real world exercise, racing to navigate from point to point with nothing but a map and compass. This experience requires team collaboration and gives participants a huge sense of accomplishment

Decompress and increase your team's wellbeing with a mindful forest experience. Step outside and learn to pay attention to nature, yourself and each other. You'll return to the office with a greater sense of perspective and renewed inner calm.

Hands-on instruction in fire-lighting, knots and shelter building, led by a survivalist expert. This is the activity teams rave about afterwards, and it's the perfect way for a group that sits at desks all day to get outside and build something with their hands.

A wellness session led by a yoga instructor, out in the fresh air with the sounds of the forest around you. A gentle counterweight to the more active stations that leaves everyone reset for the rest of the day.
Where: outdoors in the park, with a sheltered indoor option nearby.

Pick two or three experiences, tell us about your team, and we'll build the run-of-day, staff it with certified guides and take care of the insurance. Transportation, catering and site permits stay in your hands, though we're always happy to point you in the right direction.
