This time, we're heading to Boulderz Etobicoke, one of the largest climbing gyms in the city. Wilderness Union's climb club meets every month to visit a different climbing gym in Toronto for a night of climbing, games, and socializing. This time, we're heading to Boulderz Etobicoke, one of the largest climbing gyms in the city. Join us for an evening of bouldering and top-roping, plus some fun climbing games—the winner earns the best reward: bragging rights!
The monthly meetups are organized by WU member Shaun, who also runs Climb Onsight, a platform that connects climbers with professional climbing guides. Shaun will also share exclusive discounts on outdoor ice and rock climbing adventures for WU members.
Event Cost: There is no cost to attend any Wilderness Union member club but you'll need to pay the gym fees. Climbing is free for Boulderz members. For others, day passes are $27 admission and climbing shoes rentals are $8+HST.

Food & Drinks
Boulderz has a small cafeteria and water fountains. You can also eat before or after the outing. There are many places nearby to eat too!

Member Organized Event Disclaimer
Member-led outings are organized by our community, not by Wilderness Union. We don’t manage the plans, staff, or safety protocols, so you join at your own risk. Please look out for yourself and one another, and have fun!
Food and Drink
You'll need to bring a packed lunch and water for any of our day trips that don't explicitly say we're making a stop at a restaurant. Where we stop at restaurants, you are responsible for the purchase of any food. Full details are available at the adventure plan, shared above on registration.
Carbon Offsetting
Wilderness Union offsets the estimated carbon emissions of every trip by investing in a global portfolio of verified carbon reduction projects.
Members Only
Please note that you'll need an active membership at the time of your adventure to attend. If you booked during a trial that didn't continue or your membership has lapsed, you will need a new membership to attend.

Cancellations made:
More than 10 days before the event: Will receive a full refund minus a 5% admin fee.
7–10 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds.
Weather or emergency cancellations: If an event is canceled due to severe weather or other uncontrollable factors, members can receive a full credit to their account.

Do I need climbing experience?
No! Complete beginners are welcome and encouraged.
How do I get there?
Boulderz is accessible by public transportation. Carpools can also be arranged through the Discord group.
